REGISTRATION AND BADGING SERVICES

We offer one of the strongest, most streamlined and affordable registration processes and walk-up registration systems in the industry. RTE can work within a client's preferred registration system or facilitate a migration to EventNeat's network-driven technology. In either case, Real-Time Events provides the following registration services:

• Client consultation to determine the best registration solution based on your unique needs.

• Best practices consultation with the event management team/housing managers to implement an ideal hotel reservation process for attendees, to be integrated into the registration process.

• Process & manage all attendee registration forms received into the registration system.

• Real-time, on-demand reports and updates to client on registration activity and financial status, 24/7.

• Dedicate resources to process and manage VIP's, speakers, committee members, analysts and any other special registrants coming to your event.

• Coordinate a seamless process to track payments made, to ensure registrants have paid in full and all monies are received.  We can process payments for deposit into a designated client escrow account or facilitate the transition.

• Work with event managers on registration web site development and enhancements.

• Comparison check of incomplete registrations to maintain a clean, accurate attendee database.

• Work directly with event group managers to assure accurate registrations and hotel room blocks booked and bundled, enact changes and assist with billing arrangements, payments and reimbursements.

• Work directly with the name badge service provider (if not RTE) to ensure all registrations have been submitted for badge fulfillment with the necessary detail to produce the badge accurately.

• Produce and inventory all badge fulfillment materials (badge holders, lanyards, bar/QR codes) and any special materials going to select attendees (agenda booklets, drink coupons, etc.).

• Pre-stuff registration materials for on-site distribution to all attendees as determined by client.

• Manage shipment of all registration materials for on-site distribution.

• Onsite Registration Management.  RTE will manage all aspects of the on-site registration process:

  • Design Registration area for optimal flow of attendees for badge pickup, including equipment needed

  • Hire, train and manage registration staff and volunteers working at Registration Area.

  • Ensure all necessary materials are available at registration desks and are distributed properly.

• Be available to consult with event management for the life cycle of the project on any contracted Registration service.
