AllThingsOpen.ai conference management has contracted with Real-Time Events, a lead retrieval service provider, to provide you with the ability to scan attendee badges and secure contact information for post-event follow-up.

 

Every attendee at ATOAI will wear a name badge with a QR code on it. This QR code will enable exhibitors to capture an attendee’s first name, last name, company name, email address, title and country of origin for follow up purposes.  The only way to capture comprehensive attendee contact information is by using these lead retrieval options. Generic, over-the-counter QR code scanners will NOT capture all of these important details.

Handheld Scanners or Mobile App Downloads?  Pros and Cons

 

There are two options available, a handheld scanner that can be shared with all of your booth staff or a mobile app which will be downloaded into a single, personal mobile device.

 

Our mobile app download provides the same functionality and features as our handheld scanners. 

 

At first glance, an app download is less costly than renting a dedicated, handheld scanner (it is half the cost), but one must be aware of the limitations of the app downloads.

 

Each download is only good for one mobile device, so if you opt to purchase a single download and the mobile device the app is loaded onto leaves your booth, then no scans can be made until it returns.  So, unless you know that the single mobile device with the app downloaded on it will always be in the booth during exhibit hours, then it is best to order at least one additional download, or to opt to purchase a handheld scanner which can be used by all of your booth personnel and can remain in the booth at all times.

Each system comes preloaded with generic survey questions that the user can deploy as needed to elaborate on a scan, along with a notes field to input follow-up specifics.  For a small fee, customized survey questions can be added to your system(s).  

Prices shown in the drop-down menu below for scanners are in effect until March 1, 2025.  Additional charge applies for handheld scanner orders placed after March 1st. There is no additional charge for late mobile app orders.

From that page you can check out and pay via the PayPal options.  Once finished, click on "Continue Shopping" if you need to order more items.
